About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Marketing Operations Program Manager to support a high-performing Consumer Product Marketing organization. This role focuses on building foundational systems and processes that drive efficiency, enable seamless collaboration across Brand Marketing and Product teams, and improve campaign execution and measurement.

You will be instrumental in driving operational rigor, redefining workflows, and architecting scalable frameworks that empower marketing teams to execute with precision and impact. What You'll Do

• Design and implement operating models that align Brand Marketing and Product Marketing workflows
• Establish and manage a centralized campaign calendar to improve planning, visibility, and coordination across teams
• Define and operationalize objectives, priorities, and initiatives to support team alignment and execution
• Develop standardized measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among marketing, product, analytics, and creative stakeholders
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while creating scalable processes for future campaigns and launches
• Support quarterly planning, team operating rhythms, documentation, and reporting to drive transparency and accountability
• Partner with stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, marketing operations, or a related function
• Strong understanding of consumer product marketing and campaign operations
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships
• Proven ability to build and scale processes in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results with a high degree of ownership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with budget management and resource planning is preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
