Role: Principal HR Technology Solutions Architect – UKG Performance ManagementPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect – UKG Performance Management to lead the design, migration, optimization, and long-term evolution of our performance management ecosystem. This role will serve as the strategic advisor, solution architect, and implementation lead responsible for transforming our performance management program from Engagedly to the UKG Performance Management platform while establishing a scalable, sustainable, and data-driven performance management framework.
