Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directions. This role includes delegating and directing therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and educating patients, families, and coworkers. The therapist must adhere to the organization's mission and core values while promoting a safe environment for patients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Document patient care clearly, concisely, and in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
• Provide patient care under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.
• Participate in student programs and provide positive learning experiences.
• Engage in professional development and pursue continuing education opportunities.
• Adhere to all relevant practice acts and maintain professional licensure.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance service quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• Experience in orthopedics is required.
