Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray TechProfession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years required License: State of Wisconsin Certifications: ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology - BLS certified through American Heart Association - Ability to perform a wide variety of imaging exams on multiple age groups - Knowledge to troubleshoot basic maintenance and participate in QADescription: We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to perform various imaging exams using advanced radiographic equipment. The role includes working with patients of all ages including adults, geriatrics, adolescents, infants, and pediatrics. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to image processing and the image archiving system. Candidates must make quick and highly technical decisions while accommodating physical restrictions and pathology. This position also requires participation in a call rotation with holiday shifts as needed. Knowledge of radiation safety and infection prevention protocols is essential. Experience with charting systems and previous charge experience is preferred.
