Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Set up new loan insurance records within the servicing systemCollect insurance certificates and policies, invoices, paid receipts, and W-9 tax formsReview insurance certificates and policies for compliance with lender guidelinesConduct quality assurance reviews of commercial loans to ensure processes and procedures are followedCorrespond with offshore teams, borrowers, and insurance agents to audit compliance of insurance certificates and policies for new and existing loansCollaborate virtually with third-party vendors and offshore teams to resolve insurance exceptions, quality assure specific criteria, and report metric results and feedback on a weekly and monthly basisCollaborate with management to formulate work procedures, policies, and methods that ensure compliance with Wells Fargo, legal, investor, regulatory, and business policies affecting the work unit and other departmentsAssist management with analyzing reports to optimize workflow coordination and production across domestic staff, vendors, and offshore operationsHandle special projects that primarily impact the functional area or specific departmentEscalate issues, evaluate and process borrower servicing requests in partnership with asset managers, internal and external counsel, and business partners, while ensuring quality service for internal and external customersUnderstand compliance and risk management requirements for the supported areaParticipate in company initiatives and processes that support risk and capital objectives and other strategic goalsProvide guidance to less experienced specialistsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Corporate Insurable Risk Management, Risk Management Consulting, Property or Casualty Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Proficient Experience in Commercial real estate, mortgage banking, or mortgage loan servicingFamiliarity with commercial real estate loan documents, including pooling and servicing agreementsAbility to research, compile, and analyze insurance dataAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environmentAbility to provide excellent customer service, develop customer relationships, and support issue resolutionAbility to independently provide summaries and make strategic recommendationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAnalytical skills with high attention to detailIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsPosting Location:550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202Job Expectations:Ability to work additional hours as neededAbility to work at least three days in office at posted locationVisa Sponsorship is not available for this positionPosting End Date: 16 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
