Roadrunner seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition lead to own end-to-end recruiting for Sales, Operations and corporate functions supporting our LTL transportation business. You’ll convert hiring strategy into measurable velocity, build durable pipelines, and ensure a clean ATS with compliant processes.
