Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies that empower them to achieve their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to provide a holistic care experience.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Share knowledge of therapy methods with patients and caregivers to promote continuous improvement at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Keep track of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal paths to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Advancement through continuing education or post-graduate certifications is encouraged and will be supported.

Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
