Position Full Time Member Specialist located in Farmers Branch and Carrollton. The role involves logistics and customer service to our members, including physical activity, community upkeep, and partnering with members to tackle projects daily. Responsibilities Engage with members, help problem solve, and provide logistical support to receive, unload, and place incoming inventory. Monitor delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks. Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. Track and document shipment arrival and departure times. Ensure the building is fully operational and things run efficiently in the warehouse, kitchen, and office space. Requirements Personable, approachable, and strong ability to collaborate with peers. Attention to detail; must find and extract merchandise from storage areas and shelves and follow member‑specific tasks. Physical strength and stamina; may be required to move objects or goods from one place to another and operate machinery. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and location managers. Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory is a plus.
