We are looking to hire a friendly, fast-working, compassionate dental team member who can multi-task and do the following:

Four-Handed Assistance to Dentist and Team

X-ray, CPR, OSHA certified to sterilize room and instruments

• Take digital xrays, dental impressions, intraoral photos
• Pour models and make retainers/nightguards
• Knowledge of Dental CDT coding to treatment plan
• Updating patient records, documenting and presenting treatments and procedures.
• Patient recall management, follow up and provide telephonic and electronic reminders.
• Preparing patients’ charts, note taking, daily schedules and rooms for the dental staff
• Supporting dentist and staff needs such as periodontal charting for narratives and assisting as needed
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Respond to customer service issues/concerns (customer service champion)
• Social Media Maintenance and Content
• Organize and clean rooms
• Greet and welcome patients to the practice, fill out forms, Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
• Insurance eligibility verification
• Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
• Office, Vendor, Inventory and Maintenance Support

Candidate has to have 2+ years of experience, dental assisting registration or eligible for dental assistant registration, fluent in English, proficient in Open Dental software (or willing to learn prior to start of job), loves to work with people, able to keep a smile and be productive in a professional office.

Employment Type Available: Full-Time, Part-Time and One Day a Week Available.

Work Days Available: Monday-Thursdays. Work Hours: 8am-6pm

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
