We specialize in high-quality custom decks, patio covers, railings, and outdoor living spaces throughout Snohomish and North King County. Compensation: $35 - $45 hourly Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the construction of custom composite decks, ensuring each project aligns with our high standards. Interpret and execute construction plans accurately to deliver precise and quality results. Mentor and guide crew members, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment. Coordinate daily tasks and resources to maintain project timelines and efficiency. Ensure all projects meet our company's quality benchmarks, reflecting our commitment to excellence. Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners, addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite, prioritizing safety and efficiency at all times. Qualifications: Experience in deck building or finish carpentry, with a focus on custom composite decks. Strong knowledge of framing, layout, stairs, railings, and exterior construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately to ensure precise execution. Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards. Effective communication skills to professionally interact with homeowners and address concerns. Reliable transportation and a valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record are required.
