Title/Billing Clerk

Job Summary: The Title/Billing Clerk at Monaco Ford is responsible for processing all paperwork following the sale of a vehicle, including contracts, DMV documentation, and trade payoffs. This role will also be responsible for checking in new and used vehicles, processing wholesale and swap paperwork, and ensuring the Office Manager is kept informed of any missing documents or issues. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a Monday-Friday position with no Saturday or Sunday hours. Responsibilities:

• Process all DMV, contract, and trade paperwork before and after vehicle delivery, including any necessary follow-up.
• Process paperwork to stock all new and used vehicles.
• Work with the New and Used Vehicle Managers to process wholesale and swap paperwork.
• Assist the Office Manager with daily and month-end tasks and reports.
• Keep the Office Manager informed of any missing documentation or issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Prior Title/Billing Clerk experience preferred but not required.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write work-related documents in English.
• Ability to remain in a stationary, seated position for periods of time.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.
• Must be comfortable working in a fully in-office environment.
