Community Training Specialist (Direct Support Staff) Revere, MA Full Time (Awake Overnight shift 11pm-9am) – $20 – $22.00/hr. Full and Part Time (Day and Evening) – $20 – $22.00/hr. Responsibilities Assist clients with completing hygiene and developing independence, responsibility and self-worth. Prepare and implement program goals, service plans, and treatment plans. Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers. Assist clients to obtain appropriate healthcare services and promote healthy lifestyle choices. Assist clients to attend outdoor activities such as movies, parks, and beaches. Remain fully alert and engaged throughout the entire overnight shift. Skills Needed Patience, empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Enjoying outdoor activities (for day and evening positions). Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. High School diploma.
