Physical Therapist

This position involves planning and implementing physical therapy treatments for patients from neonatal to geriatric, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Assess patients across age groups from neonatal to geriatric Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings Document care accurately and comprehensively Assist with discharge planning and follow‑up coordination Mentor staff and support student training Participate in evidence‑based practices to improve patient outcomes Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy Licensed Physical Therapist BLS certification obtained within 90 days of employment High school diploma or GED Essential Skills Strong communication and cultural competence Ability to evaluate and improve patient outcomes Teamwork and problem‑solving abilities Continuous learning and professional development Maintaining departmental standards Fostering positive relationships within the healthcare team Experience is not specified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
