Administrative Assistant – 2-Week Project
Pay Rate: $21–$22 per hour
Start Date: Monday, October 19, 2026
Assignment Length: 2 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Industry: Staging & Lighting Warehouse
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant for a 2-week project at a staging and lighting warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative support skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF, and experience with data entry, record keeping, and financial reporting platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
- Create, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Review, edit, organize, and manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat or similar software.
- Navigate financial reporting platforms such as QuickBooks or comparable systems.
- Assist with administrative reporting and document management.
- Handle confidential company information with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain organized files and ensure accuracy across administrative tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support additional project needs as required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe PDF tools.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other financial reporting platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents appropriately.
- Adaptability and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
