Registered Nurse (RN) with Hospice

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate end-of-life care to individuals and their familiesoffering skilled support, symptom management, and peace of mind when it matters most. With a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule, you'll triage calls, provide in-home visits, and lead care delivery across a diverse caseload. What you'll do as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Hospice:

This job also requires:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and respond to patient needs during on-call hours.
• Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with clients, staff, and families.
