Registered Nurse (RN) with Hospice
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate end-of-life care to individuals and their familiesoffering skilled support, symptom management, and peace of mind when it matters most. With a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule, you'll triage calls, provide in-home visits, and lead care delivery across a diverse caseload. This full-time salaried role is built for someone who thrives in autonomy, brings clinical expertise to the forefront, and has a deep calling to make meaningful connections during life's most tender moments.
What you'll do as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Hospice:
- Deliver compassionate clinical care
- Provide communication and support
- Lead with accountability
- Actively collaborate
- Support the whole person
This job also requires:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to client homes and respond to patient needs during on-call hours.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with clients, staff, and families.
