Department Manager: Merchandising & Customer Experience

Safeway

Safeway seeks a department supervisor to oversee merchandising programs, pricing, display, ordering and inventory control. The role ensures excellent customer service and department profitability while maintaining presentation standards.

The position includes supervising staff (scheduling, training, duties) and implementing merchandising initiatives in collaboration with Starbucks' programs. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential.
