Pharmacy Care Representative

As a Pharmacy Care Representative, you'll work in a team environment to provide superior customer service that exceeds patient expectations. Key responsibilities include customer service, patient care, inventory management, and compliance with sanitation guidelines. You will receive written prescriptions, process them, and ensure accurate delivery. You will also manage over-the-counter inventory, comply with HIPAA regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Age requirement is 18+. Experience in retail and pharmacy is a plus. Strong communication, customer service, and mathematical skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is required. High School Diploma or GED is necessary. Completion of all required training and certifications is mandatory. Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs or more. Maintain required vision and H-E-B Rx screener status.
