• Day shift: 7 am - 7 pm -- 7 on / 7 off rotation
• 7 - 10 shifts per month anticipated
• 11 - 15 patients per provider; ~10 total admits per day shift
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Central lines and intubations required
• Rapid response calls required -- hospitalist runs codes
• Open ICU -- no intensivist on during night shift
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
