What You'll Be Doing

Every client has different needs, so your responsibilities will vary based on the individual's care plan. Caregivers may assist with:

• Personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Companionship and social engagement
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Mobility and everyday activities
• Following each client's individualized care plan
• Providing safe, respectful, and dependable care
• Recording care provided and communicating changes or concerns to the office
  
  

What Makes a Great Caregiver?

We're looking for team members who are:

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Respectful of each client's dignity, privacy, and independence
• Reliable and willing to travel between client locations
  
  

Previous caregiving experience is preferred. Candidates with at least one year of experience in home care, private duty, CNA, HHA, or a related caregiving role are encouraged to apply.

Additional requirements include:

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  
  

Where You'll Work

Our caregivers serve clients throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago , including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Park Ridge, and surrounding communities.

Please note: The location shown on this job posting represents one of our service areas and is not necessarily our office location or the only area where you will work. Caregivers should be comfortable traveling to other communities within our service area based on client needs and scheduling availability.
