The Bethany Nelson Group recently partnered with PLACE, a real estate business service platform. Agent partners within the Bethany Nelson Real Estate Group are able to experience the benefits of the incredible training, plug-and-go systems, health insurance, investing opportunities, and the ability to grow their business within our company as large as they want to. PLACE received a billion-dollar valuation and 100 million dollars from Goldman Sachs (as part of Series A Funding) working to simplify homeownership. They are partnered with the best teams in the nation and we are thrilled to be one of them. The Bethany Nelson Group is proudly licensed with Keller Williams Premier Realty Lake Minnetonka.
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years' of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
