What You'll Do As a Reservation Specialist at Blue Swell, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities: Assist guests with inquiries and reservations over the phone and via email. Provide detailed information about our properties and services to help guests make informed decisions. Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information in our reservation system. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs. Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on property availability, promotions, and policies. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as customer service, hospitality, or reservations. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with guests and team members. Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries with precision and accuracy. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using reservation systems and basic office software.
