This boots‑on‑the‑ground role demands proactive leadership and a commitment to mentorship. Based in Richardson, TX, this position will oversee field activity across multiple job sites in the region. Mentor and coach Superintendents to improve leadership, planning, and technical execution Manage project QA/QC processes using Procore and company standards Assist in scheduling, manloading, and milestone planning for ongoing projects Lead jobsite safety culture, coordinate with safety consultants and enforce protocols Oversee monthly technical training and quarterly evaluations for field electricians Handle preconstruction activities, code compliance, and labor forecasting Build strong field‑level customer relationships Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and field team accountability Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
