Mechanical Senior Project Manager
A well-respected, growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 2-3 year project in Little Rock, AR . This is an opportunity to join a company that values its employees, offers competitive compensation, and provides strong long-term growth.

The project is expected to run 2-3 years, with the opportunity to join the company permanently and continue your career with them after the project is completed.

Responsibilities

Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish

Oversee budgets, schedules, teams, and project performance

Manage client and stakeholder relationships

Lead and mentor project teams

Resolve project issues and ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience

Strong mechanical construction background

Previous General Contractor (GC) experience preferred, but not required

Proven leadership and project management experience

Strong communication and client relationship skills

Experience managing budgets and schedules

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
