Home Care WorkerJoin University Home Care Inc as a dedicated Home Care Worker providing compassionate, personalized care to clients in Canton, MI. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities to promote independence and improve quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingHelp with meal preparation and feedingProvide mobility assistance and help with exercises as directedPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environmentMonitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisorsOffer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-beingFollow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family membersRequirementsPrevious experience in home care or related field is an assetAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, compassionate, and punctualValid driver's license or reliable transportation preferredAbility to pass background checksBenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a monthFlexible schedulesOpportunities for professional development and trainingSupportive working environmentAbout the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in the Canton, MI area.
