CRNA Opportunity At HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for skilled CRNAs to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. Opportunity highlights include an anesthesia care team model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs. The case mix includes general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo. Set schedule with flexible options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and OB 24s available. No call requirement with minimal weekends. CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.

Incentive/Benefits package includes an outstanding compensation package with tiered base salary. Additional $30K geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient. Start date bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available. 8 weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period. Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts. Occurrence-based. No tail required.
