This field-based role combines in-person sales execution, marketing activation, and market intelligence to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. You’ll engage directly with potential customers, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, and represent ALLO’s values while delivering exceptional customer experience.Colorado residents: Typical starting pay for this role is $20-$27 per hour depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:Drive Revenue Through Field Marketing: Actively engage potential customers in the field to generate leads, convert opportunities, and deliver measurable sales results and return on investment.Demonstrate Value: Leverage ALLO’s training, tools, and marketing resources to deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight service quality, reliability, and long-term value.Close Sales in the Field: Lead confident, consultative sales conversations and close new customers on the spot, using each win as momentum to consistently exceed targets.Execute Field Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and promotions designed to support sales goals and increase brand awareness.Community Involvement – Living Our Core Values:ALLO is more than just your internet provider. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in bringing ALLO’s values to life:Represent ALLO Locally, Engage with the Community and Build Meaningful Connections.Capture Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Generate new leads through community engagement, local events, and field marketing initiatives, and consistently follow up on those leads to convert opportunities into closed sales.Cross-Team Sales Support: Support and assist Front Office and Door-to-Door Sales teams as needed to ensure all areas of the operation are properly staffed, aligned, and delivering a seamless customer experience.Compensation & Benefits:Base pay plus uncapped commission.Company vehicle provided.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Training and mentorship programs to develop marketing and sales skills.A dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team environment.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4-year college degree) required.1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, community engagement, or a related role (preferred).SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:Proven ability to drive sales results and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) through field marketing, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to track leads, activity, and sales performance.Basic knowledge of market research and reporting tools is a plus.REQUIREMENTS:Remain stationary for extended periodsAbility to communicate informationAbility to operate a computerAbility to work in outdoorsPossess/maintain a Valid Driver’s LicenseThis is a field-based role: candidates must be located within an ALLO fiberhood to actively promote the brand and drive local sales.People are our passion.
