As an Assistant General Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel. Responsibilities: Manage front office operations, including guest service, room availability, and cost controls Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and help with performance evaluations Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality standards Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to maintain a seamless operation Take advantage of our remarkableDailyPayfeature, which allows you to receive your earnings on any day that you prefer.
