Now Hiring: Kitting Operator
Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift/6am - 2:30pm
Pay: Base = $20/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Carefully read and follow recipe instructions to ensure appropriate materials are weighed
- Monitor and review inventory levels
- Perform basic analytical testing on all incoming finished product and raw materials
- Responsible for cleaning equipment, tools, and buckets
- Accurately maintain a detailed work log
- Safely Operate forklifts as needed to keep work area supplied
What You’ll Need
- No experience required – we provide thorough training
- Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!
- Basic mathematical calculation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift to 60lbs.)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
