Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
- 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care serving patients 18 and older
- Full-time position, weekdays only schedule with the possibility of a 4-day work week and hybrid options
- Phone call averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
- Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
- Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
- Easy access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
- EPIC with Dragon, AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
- Established mentorship and orientation programs specially designed for newly hired providers and providers new to practice
- Continuous development opportunities through The Center for Education, Simulation & Innovation (CESI), Provider Leadership Development Institute, and robust on-demand learning platform
