Job Summary Performs radiographic procedures to patients in accordance with departmental policy. Provides a variety of technical exams that require independent judgement to apply ionized radiation for radiologic diagnoses. Responsible for on‑call procedures when indicated and must be able to perform surgery cases and pain management. Responsibilities Produce high quality diagnostic radiographs; rotate through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology including OR, urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements, and trauma; assist practitioner with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures and trauma. Qualifications Special Skills : Good verbal communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff. Minimum Requirements Education: Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology. Certifications: Current American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), CPR. Preferred Requirements Experience: Minimum six (6) months clinical experience.
