Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Englewood, NJ Job Type: Full-time/In-person Position Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop and execute marketing programs for a Women’s Formal Wear company. The ideal candidate will transform ideas and concepts into visually engaging graphics that support sales and brand promotion. Responsibilities & Duties Design Creation: Develop graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, emails and photo retouching. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality identity. Collaboration: Work with marketing, buyers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback for revisions. Technical Execution: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce final, high-quality, and production-ready designs. Shopify experience ++. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final, print-ready or digital delivery. Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and AI tools to innovate visual content. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio. Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software as well as Klaviyo, and Canva. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and both web/print production procedures. Abilities: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Key Requirements Proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work in both Mac and PC environments.
