Patient Service Coordinator

Handling customer service inquiries and managing communications, the full-time Patient Services Coordinator II will perform eligibility determinations and maintain accurate documentation for various programs while adapting to changing operational needs. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound communications with patients, physicians, and advocates in accordance with program guidelines Accurately enter and maintain documentation of eligibility paperwork and inquiries in the system Place outbound calls for clarification on program guidelines and assist in training new employees Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of customer service experience Proficiency with personal computers and strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule to cover peak times Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and changes in program requirements
