We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing operations and ensure projects run smoothly from pre-construction through completion.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in organizing project schedules, coordinating communication between clients and internal teams, tracking project documentation, and following up on deadlines and outstanding tasks.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes ownership of responsibilities, anticipates potential issues, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, estimates, and project documentation for completeness.
• Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries, subcontractors, and vendor communications.
• Follow up with Project Supervisors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Track project milestones, outstanding tasks, potential delays, and required approvals.
• Maintain accurate project files, schedules, change orders, permits, and other documentation.
• Communicate project updates and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate applicable permits, inspections, and pre-construction requirements.
• Assist with tracking purchase orders, invoices, and project-related administrative records.
• Coordinate final walkthroughs, punch lists, and project closeout documentation.
• Identify potential problems early and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Support the Operations Manager in improving project coordination and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, remodeling, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of residential or commercial construction processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with construction management software, CRM platforms, or project scheduling tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related educational background is preferred.
