What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs, design requirements, and project specifications to recommend the best solutions.
• Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts for a variety of residential construction projects.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations that demonstrate the value and benefits of our products and services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert product knowledge and consultation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns and assist with troubleshooting complex field issues when needed.
• Keep customers informed about new products, services, and innovations that support their current and future projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably within building materials, windows, or construction-related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the lumber, building materials, or construction industry is highly preferred.

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is further eligible to receive commission compensation for earned commissions related to sales of eligible Company products and/or services subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Commissions are based on a percentage of the transactions sold and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Commission Agreement.
