CNC Machining Technician

An innovative advanced manufacturing company serving high-performance industries is seeking a CNC Machining Technician to join its growing team. This position is ideal for a hands-on machining professional with experience setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC equipment while maintaining high standards for quality and precision. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications. Perform tool changes, offsets, troubleshooting, and process adjustments. Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production goals. Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC setup, troubleshooting, and machine operation. Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions. Familiarity with precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Experience working in aerospace, medical device, automotive, or other precision manufacturing environments is a plus.
