Location: Lake Norman and Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $18–$23 per hour (DOE) + Overtime
Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Role

We are looking for skilled, hands-on professionals to join our installation team. As a Garage Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing garage floor coatings, steel cabinetry, car lifts and custom storage solutions. This role is ideal for problem-solvers who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and install garage floors using our exclusive Floortex floor coatings.

● Assemble and install high-quality steel cabinetry and slatwall storage systems.

● Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.

● Ensure precision and quality in all installations, meeting Garage Living’s high standards.

● Maintain a clean and organized workspace at job sites.

● Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications

● 1+ years of experience in construction, flooring installation, or carpentry.

● Proficiency in floor preparation, coatings application, and basic carpentry.

● Skilled in using power tools and hand tools.

● Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and working in various conditions.

● Valid Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record.

● Reliable transportation to and from our location.

Compensation & Benefits

● Hourly Pay: $23–$28+ per hour (based on experience)

● Guaranteed Minimum: 36 hours per week

● Overtime Pay: Available as needed

● Health Insurance Benefits available one becoming Full Time
