Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Neurology unit position requiring a IA or compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

• 6 North Neurology unit within a hospital setting
• 26-week contract assignment
• 12.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Works an every other weekend, every other holiday (EOWEOH) schedule

Requirements

• Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required for all direct patient care personnel
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• License verification must be dated within 30 days of start, using NURSYS for state verification when available

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to neurology patients on a med/surg unit
• Local candidates accepted in select states including CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, and PA
• Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most Trinity Health locations
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration
