About the Team The Technical Consulting Practice is made up of leading experts on Outreach, CRM, and sales technologies who bring innovation to implementation each and every day. As a vital part of our onboarding and optimization processes, the technical consulting team ensures our customers utilize Outreach to the fullest technical potential while adhering to best practices. Role Summary As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will be a technical subject matter expert on a wide variety of SaaS technologies within the Professional Services line of business. You will work closely with internal and external consultants and technology experts to implement, upgrade, and configure solutions in our sales engagement platform. This role also supports our expanding AI initiatives, enabling customers to configure AI capabilities to drive measurable business value. Success is measured by overall business impact, client adoption of technology best practices, and quality of platform setup. Location Fully remote – CST/EST preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute implementations and projects for customers. Perform detailed discovery with customers around their CRM usage and translate that to Outreach integration functionality. Act as a subject matter expert on Outreach technologies, providing trusted advisory to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with Program & Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Trainers, and customer stakeholders to drive projects to completion. Distill information from multiple sources to inform complex configuration setups. Explore client processes to build successful integrations. Support the adoption of AI‑enabled workflows. Collaborate with client technical experts to establish a thorough configuration testing plan. Qualifications 4‑5 years of experience in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years in a technical or support role. Rapidly master new technologies and technical skills, with a track record of creative technical testing and troubleshooting. Strong consulting and advisory skills; able to uncover feasibility, suggest alternatives, and communicate solutions to stakeholders. Strategic problem solver who collaborates with teammates and enterprise customers to solve complex integration problems. Exceptional communication skills; translate complex technical topics into language understood by non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Expert knowledge of APIs, CRM integration, security, privacy, and integrations. Exposure to AI‑enabled technologies (AI‑driven workflows, copilots, predictive analytics, or automation features) with ability to configure, enable, or support AI functionality. Familiarity with front‑end and back‑end development technologies. Admin certification with a major SaaS platform such as Salesforce or Dynamics. Track record of leading with optimism to help others persevere in difficult situations. Experience working with a Sales Engagement Platform. History of collaborating with Product or Engineering teams to improve product features and capabilities. Compensation $115,000 - $135,000 per year base salary. Additional incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits may be offered. Final offers are based on skills, experience, and location.
