About The Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Finanzbuchhalter / Senior Accountant (w/m/d) to join our dynamic finance team. Proven experience (minimum 3‑5 years) in financial accounting within a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential. Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, preferably SAP, is required. Excellent understanding of German and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is necessary. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across departments and with external auditors. Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial data into the ERP system. Coordinate with external auditors during audits and support the audit process. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance. Assist in the implementation of financial controls and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce risks. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes. Participate in special projects related to financial systems, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
