Physical TherapistScheduleMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with optional consideration for a 36-hour week including Fridays from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.Job DescriptionThe Physical Therapist plans and administers medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to help restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. This position requires the ability to stand and sit continuously (90% of the time) and may involve exposure to infectious diseases. The role also requires reaching with hands and arms and the ability to lift and/or move at least 50 pounds.ResponsibilitiesAdminister physical therapy treatment programs to restore patient functionality.Evaluate patient conditions and document treatment progress.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individual treatment plans.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.Current Michigan Physical Therapy License.Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Supervisory-signed reference from within the past two years.Previous travel experience is preferred.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
