You will ensure seamless coordination of events, manage critical communications, and deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients. What You'll Do Sales & Marketing Coordination Support Sales Managers and the Director of Sales & Marketing with administrative tasks, including contract preparation, documentation, client correspondence, marketing support, and sales coordination. Coordinate administrative tasks and support sales-related activities to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service. Communication Management Draft, review, and distribute correspondence including emails, memos, contracts, and event details to clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication of updates. Reservation & Client Support Coordinate guest reservations, special requests, and amenities to guarantee an exceptional experience. Qualify leads, assist clients with group details, and conduct site visits when required. Reporting & Administration Prepare regular reports and maintain organized records for events and client interactions. Support operational teams with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Team Collaboration Partner with Operations and Restaurant teams to facilitate successful execution. Act as a liaison between departments to maintain alignment and deliver exceptional service. Other Responsibilities Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance. Attend/complete all mandatory training sessions and meetings. Other duties as assigned. Your Experience Includes Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience : Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in hospitality. Customer service or sales support experience is a plus. Previous exposure to event coordination, catering, or sales departments preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems or sales platforms such as Delphi, Opera, or Salesforce preferred. Knowledge of event management software and property management systems (PMS) beneficial. Physical Requirements : Ability to sit for extended periods, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, and mobility between meeting rooms and office areas.
