Steel Health & Rehab (formerly Laurels of Defiance) | Defiance, OH | Skilled Nursing Facility
Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team at Steel Health & Rehab in Defiance, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a supportive skilled nursing facility where you can make a meaningful impact on residents’ mobility, strength, and independence.
