Staff Accountant
Salary: $60,000-$65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Support monthend and yearend close activities
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger, balance sheet, and bank accounts
• Assist with budgets, grants, and cost allocations
• Prepare audit schedules and compliance documentation
• Support AP, invoicing, and adhoc financial analysis
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Experience with grants or regulated funding environments (preferred)
• MIP Fund Accounting experience (strong plus)
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
