About the Role
The Company is seeking a Market Manager to oversee the sales and operations of multiple branch locations within an assigned market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all sites. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, a strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations, and the ability to balance time and presence effectively among various locations. The Market Manager will be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of banking professionals, and maintaining high service standards. Essential duties also include operational oversight, multi-site coordination, market analysis, financial management, and community engagement.
