The Courtyard by Marriott Hillsboro is seeking dedicated hospitality professionals to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, our front desk team plays a key role in delivering the exceptional service and consistent experience the Marriott brand is known for. Now Hiring: Front Desk Agents (Swing Shift & Night Audit Shifts)

• 3 Swing Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• 2 Night Audit Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, weekends and holidays required

What you’ll do (Swing Shift Front Desk):

• Welcome guests and handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests quickly and professionally
• Resolve guest concerns and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and end-of-shift balancing

What you’ll do (Night Audit):

• Run the nightly audit and balance daily revenue and transactions
• Prepare reports for management
• Handle front desk duties overnight, including late arrivals and guest needs
• Monitor the lobby and property for guest safety and security

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience required; Marriott brand experience preferred
• Friendly, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills; hotel or customer service experience a plus (we’ll train the right person)
• Night audit: comfortable with numbers and working independently
• Available for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
