What We Offer Competitive pay Same-day pay available Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (Full-Time Employees) Stable full-time schedule Supportive nursing leadership Career advancement opportunities Positive, team-oriented work environment Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to clinical needs Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Assist with resident care planning and implementation Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations Qualifications Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri (Required) Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required Why Join Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation?
