Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated MS/Tele RN to provide compassionate patient care during night shifts in a fast-paced medical surgical and telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills and effective bedside manner to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs, respond to changes, and document findings accurately using electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and deliver comprehensive patient services.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all facility policies, including mandatory drug screening, licensure, and certification verification.
  
  
• 
  Complete required labs and documentation within specified timeframes to support continuous patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license in hand, with certification verification prior to start.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry environment.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and adapt to travel requirements if applicable.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and capability to work independently.
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of Altera charting system preferred but not required.
  
  
• 
  Must pass a facility-conducted drug screening prior to assignment.
