Service BDC Representative

Rairdon Auto Group is looking for candidates for our Service BDC Call Center located in our corporate facility in Bothell, WA. Do you have good customer service skills and a positive, upbeat attitude? We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed. Candidates with no experience or those looking to change industries are encouraged to apply!

On-site – Full Time – Hourly Rate plus Bonus and Commission.

Pay Range $15.00 per hour plus Commission $1.30 per appointment made, Monthly bonus contest based of call/text volume

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume of inbound calls for our Service departments to professionally and promptly attend to the guest's needs.
• Use customer service skills help to increase service profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up on service and parts needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records using software programs.
• Use our DMS online calendar to schedule service visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with collaborative approach to achieving goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Paid Time Off:

• All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
• Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
