Who are we looking for?

• Automotive parts experience, required.
• Dealership experience required.
• CDK experience is helpful!
• Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction
• General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
• Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills
• Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record
• Computer proficient
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($44,000.00 to $93000, which includes commissions on ("Individual Payable Gross") and/or bonus opportunities such as ("Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
