Senior Program Manager

Electric Operational Boundaries leads a portfolio of cross‑functional initiatives focused on aligning operational structures (asset data), enterprise systems (SAP, ESRI), and data governance to ensure consistency across field operations and digital platforms. This role is responsible for managing projects as part of a larger program that addresses boundary‑related conflicts across systems such as GIS, Asset Knowledge Management (AKM), and other enterprise applications, with a particular focus on improving the integrity and alignment of both asset and non‑asset data. It drives end‑to‑end program execution, including intake, prioritization, planning and delivery of solutions that resolve discrepancies between operational design and system representation, ultimately improving work assignment accuracy, dispatch efficiency, reporting consistency, and compliance outcomes. Responsibilities Lead program roadmaps, oversee financials and forecasting, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements. Act as an escalation point for complex data and system‑related issues, particularly those involving non‑asset data structures, cross‑system dependencies, and regional or organizational boundary changes. Coordinate across multiple interdependent work streams—data alignment, system integration, and governance enablement—to standardize processes and improve end‑to‑end data flows. Provide transparent reporting to leadership and enable informed decision‑making through structured analysis and stakeholder alignment. Develop budget forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and implement solutions to address budgetary concerns. Produce new and ad‑hoc reports, summarize findings, and provide business insight. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 6 years of related experience or equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced knowledge of program management. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey findings and recommendations to various levels of management. Proficiency in managing multiple projects with demanding time constraints. Understanding of business drivers. Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams. Experience working within a regulatory environment. Capability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects. Knowledge of the energy industry applications at the local level, including energy issues and customer energy‑efficiency applications.
